The Elgin Arts Association holds annual events to showcase artists in and around Elgin. The Pearls of Youth Art Show for young artists is held in the spring. The creativity and skills shown in the youth show have amazed and impressed the community every year.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this year's show will again be held as an online 3-D virtual gallery. Immerse yourself in the works of young artists from Elgin and McDade.
